How to activate application?

Please go to general section and set app enable option to "yes" and hit save button.

Where christmas effects can be shown on Shopify store?

Christmas effects can be shown at either home page or for all the pages of the websites.

Is it possible to show textual animated festive images instead of default provided by app?

Yes, it is possible to show using "Want custom Image " under animation settings. Separate option is available for both Santa settings Flying santa settings.

In which format custom animated images should be uploaded?

Please make sure to upload images with only .jpeg, .jpg, .png, gifs. Formats apart from this will not be acceptable.

What is the maximum file upload size limit for custom images?

Maximum file size image limit is of Max 500 KB.

Where audio tune option will get display in storefront?

Your customers will be able to see audio play option on left bottom corner of the webstore in the form of loudspeaker icon.

Does audio tune will start playing automatically the moment webpage is loaded?

No, by default it will appear muted and customer will require to unmute it when they visit your store.

Is it possible to select multiple snow objects to show for storefront?

Yes, it is possible to select and set multiple snow objects for storefront.

Where we can see and select option for default animated santa images?

Please go to "Animation Settings" option and set "Want custom Image" option to "No", To see available default available options of the app.

Incase of any conflicts occurs with christmas app on store,what prompt actions should be taken considering not to affect live user traffic?
